COVID-19 Safety Precautions

As of June 1, 2023, masks are optional; however, I will be wearing one during the session. 

Clean sheets, blankets, face cradle covers, and towels are provided for each client.  In between sessions, sheets are changed and the table and other room surfaces are cleaned and disinfected using Clorox wipes..  This includes the table, face cradle, bolsters, door knobs, light switches, hot stones, etc.

A HEPA air purifier runs constantly during each session.  

Rebooking due to COVD-19:

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, are awaiting test results (extending to anyone in your household), or have been in contact with someone that has tested positive, please reschedule at no charge -- even if within the 24-hour cancellation period.  Your health is important to me.  

Travel Restrictions:

Please wait 5 days to see me after a trip involving mass transportation (air, bus, train, etc.).

COVID-19 Survivors

Please let me know if you have had COVID-19 so that I can ensure your safety.  Due to several long-lasting potential side effects of the virus (e.g.,  coagulopathy [blood clotting], "Covid toes," skin lesions), heat and deep pressure will be avoided. 

• Asymptomatic, mild, and moderate cases -- Please allow two weeks after a positive test result to book your appointment.  
• Severe cases -- If you required medical attention or hospitalization, I require a doctor's medical clearance note stating that it's safe for you to receive massage therapy.  Please then wait two weeks after you've been medically cleared to book your appointment to minimize further risk.
