Your jaw does a lot of heavy lifting throughout the day. When the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) or the surrounding muscles aren’t working as they should, it can lead to pain, tension, and discomfort that impacts your quality of life.
What is TMD? Temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) refers to issues affecting the TMJ or the muscles used for chewing, talking, and jaw movement. Symptoms can include clicking or popping sounds, restricted jaw movement, headaches, earaches, and muscle tightness.
How I Can Help? A blend of intraoral and external massage techniques are used to target the muscles responsible for jaw function to reduce tension and improve mobility. My gentle, effective approach is designed to work with your body, not against it, ensuring comfort throughout your session.
What to Expect: Every session is customized to your unique needs, starting with a conversation about your symptoms and goals. We’ll track measurable progress—like improved range of motion or reduced discomfort—so you can see and feel the difference over time.
Take the first step toward jaw pain relief and discover how good it feels to move freely again.
Note: These sessions are fully-clothed. Please wear a shirt that provides easy access to the neck (e.g., tee shirt, tank top). Avoid turtlenecks and heavy sweaters or sweatshirts.
